Our Nashville, TX client is looking for an Accountant to join their team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Data entry of vendor invoices/financials into BusinessVision
Posting payments
Prepare aging reports for manager
Light collections
Research and resolve customer inquiries
Prepare deposits
Work on financials and budgets
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant accounting experience
Sage or Peachtree experience is REQUIRED
MUST have an Accounting or Finance degree
Ability to work as a team to meet deadlines
Knowledge of Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work with confidential financial information
Accurate data entry
