With a solid background in Real Estate and Construction Brokerage, producing contracts for services and products, varied real estate instruments and related documents ultimate performance in reading, understanding and interpreting contracts/leases.
Decades of experience using MS Office Suite applications and I have sought to reinforce those practical daily skills with formal training provided by local training institutions – certificated.
Experience managing multimillion dollar construction projects coupled with the formal training provided by The Construction Specifications Institute provides unique organizational skills.
Solid development / activation experience for facilities/programs in multiple jurisdictions, in varied conditions, sizes and complexities. 13 States – TN, TX, FL, VA, PA, OH, VT, NH, WV, SC, GA, CA, AR – 58 Cities incl Ft Lauderdale, Orlando, Panama City, Pinellas County, Tampa, Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles County, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Richmond, Charleston, among others.
